Louise Ford is an experienced Telemedia and technology professional with more than two decades of international experience spanning mobile messaging, payments, digital services, compliance and cyber security.
Throughout her career, Louise has worked at the intersection of technology, telecoms, payments and messaging, giving her a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing the mobile and digital ecosystem. She has held senior commercial and operational roles with organisations including Empello, mGage and Oxygen8 working across the UK, Europe and Australia.
She has also played an active role in industry development and regulation, including serving as Chair and Deputy Chair of the Communications Alliance Premium Rate Services Working Group, where she led industry engagement with carrier working groups and regulatory bodies and contributed to the development and implementation of the Mobile Premium Services Code in Australia.
Known for her practical, commercially focused approach, Louise brings together industry knowledge, curiosity and an ability to ask the questions that get to the heart of an issue. She particularly enjoys bringing different perspectives into the same conversation and turning complex subjects into engaging, accessible discussions.
