    At NextGen Payment, she works closely with merchants, partners and acquiring banks to develop tailored payment strategies that support sustainable growth, particularly within complex and high-risk sectors such as subscriptions, dating and digital services.
     
    Before joining NextGen, Nisha held roles at Barclaycardand Kount, giving her experience across both acquiring and specialist fraud/dispute prevention environments.
